24 hours of propranolol and shits calmed down. Glad theres something like this and not being forced to take a benzo. My heart is chilling out. Im normally a calm person, so this shit has me bug eyed trying to pretend its all fine. Let's hope sleep improoves!

Actually better after pcp appointment. I was perscribed a med to calm things down. Its looking like my nervous system is having a triple chocolate meltdown. Just not sure what specifically caused it. But I have had ongoing issues since earlier this year that was making me think i couldn't work

Im still on my caffeine high, but something so relieving to wake up at my usual time and not dread the day because of zero energy. And on top of that I finally got myself under 200lb. I blew up after the new year as I battled my hormone issues. Praying to all the gods im back to normal now..

Feeling really fucking good past couple days. Like feeling the euphoria from the caffeine in my coffee. The noise in my mind is gone. Idk what changed other then taking small dose of melatonin every night. Just really focusing on fixing my sleep. And ofc my Dr's app are this comming week.

Experimenting with indica, GABA, and melatonin. Trying to stop the heart palpitations at night. On Sat I can see if taking full dose GABA will stop it in the AM. Just didnt want to risk getting sleepy at work. Its been a quiet 10 minutes. Not sure whats doing it but whew #perimenopause

On today's episode of Being A Women is A Chronic Illness. I got an ekg done and referral sent out for Z patch after 4ish days of uncomfortable heart beat. Probably due to hormones. And ofc my symptoms subsided the moment I got to the dr office.

Today is my mental breakdown day. This is normal. Hormones tanked. I still go into work. I can still work even if I need 5 minutes to wave air at my eyes when I have to face a client. Its a painful kind of sad. Also because I loose faith in being able to keep the birds. #pmdd #perimenopause

I had mine removed and subsequently got a UTI 😪 I think it was less painful but I also said to PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR TIME IN THERE as the painful part for me was the dr lolly gagging as my cervix was clamped open

I caved and bought a hormone tracker. After what happend this past weekend, im at my wits end with how sensative I am to hormone fluctuations. I feel 100% back to normal today but was at a 0% on sunday. Like in bed, irritated, angry, sad, crying, no interest in chickens. Maybe this can help better
