Okay, I had to go to my NY State DMV to renew my Drivers License. The Office opened at 7:30 AM. I was outside the door at 7:10 AM and first in line. I walked in right up to the processing line, and then to another person. It took me a TOTAL of 7 1/2 minutes to finish renewing my license.

PET OWNERS: I have found that this trick works. Play music in your home ALL DAY LONG and run it at a slightly higher volume than normal. This will allow the animals to not be as STARTLED if a firecracker or fireworks goes off. I have done this and it works.
