PyFish was created to display dense population data. With 1.1 we've added features to work well with sparse data: splines between datapoints, data imputation, separation of points of origin. We've also simplified the API to call directly from notebooks. Available on PIP & Bioconda.

DEI exists to help right the historic wrong of unqualified white dudes always getting the gig.
