My theory is that the MCU's FANTASTIC FOUR takes place in a completely alternate timeline/universe (which is why it seems to be set in the past, or a FALLOUT-esque retrofuture), which Doctor Doom will successfully conquer before setting his sights on the "main" universe. Makes this feel stakeless.

The thing is that the Wishmaster is powerless UNLESS somebody articulates a "wish" for something to happen, not just as "I wish" but also "I would like..." or "I'd want to see..." and so he's constantly weaseling people into speaking in a very particular way and gets so mad when they don't get it

Newly launched, starting in Chicago: Landlord Mapper, an ambitious resource meant to aid tenant organizing and increase transparency of rental property ownership. The site combines rote ownership info with network graphs of likely related entities, building violation info, etc. landlordmapper.org
