Cake @draculasguest.bsky.social · 10/08/2026Maybe not a helpful solution depending the cough you have. Whenever I get sick, I can't cough because it hits my gag reflex. I use a numbing throat spray (for soothing sore throats) to manage throat tickles. Might help? Hope you feel better asap xx 110
