so, i hate to do this, but i lost my backup server and a hard drive to the wind and i can't absorb the cost, so i need to ask for help. luckily, this isn't life or death, but this is an unexpected cost i can't tank alone. please consider donating if you're able gofund.me/b0ba2e0ec

i do not (and have not for years) condone or support any opinion held by novatone staff. this development is informative, ufourtunate, and for me, deeply unsurprising.

Oh yeah I didn't post this but I saw a good "buried cables here" type sign in gujō

A backhoe with a face on the bucket pulling up a buried cable. The cable leads to a buried phone (?) which is crying. The text says in Japanese that there are buried phone cables and to inquire with the company

HEY!!! do you like free shit? do you want a blast from the past? WELL, you can now get most of my discography for FREE on soulseek! dust off that old account (or make a new one) and look up draconium, everything there is signed, lossless, and with original cover art!

a screenshot of nicotine+, with soulseek user draconium pulled up. some text reads "wow such high quality" and "exclusive???" pointing at Rolling Down The Tracker Sheet

album and story out tonight

How impressive it is for a wretched thing such as Her to make friends.
She wants to say goodbye.
Maybe, she deserves that recognition for her work.

After all, we aren't monsters.

if you read this story, listen to this album and feel that you see yourself in it, you are not alone. you are worth so much, and the world would be less without you.

DRACONIUM @draconium.music · 20/05/2026

this is not my story, and if i did my job right it will not be an easy read. but i ask that you give it a chance, give them a chance. this is a story that must be told, and must be heard.

DRACONIUM @draconium.music · 20/05/2026

it was then, after he showed me the deluxe edition that i offered to overhaul the written story. not only did i want it to reach its full potential, but i wanted Casper, Twy, and everyone else to feel heard. understood. feel that they are not alone.

DRACONIUM @draconium.music · 20/05/2026

i've personally been putting in a lot of very exhausting work to support them in their journey to getting to a safer place, and getting proper professional treatment. TPOMTOICS is a true story of their journey with the disorder, and how it almost killed them.

DRACONIUM @draconium.music · 20/05/2026

Twy and Casper are both members of a DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder) system, with 8 others at the time of writing. they also suffer from schizophrenia, something which has proven to be a massive challenge for all of us.

...after which she didn't speak to me again until 2025, when Casper, another member, introduced himself to me and told me everything.

DRACONIUM @draconium.music · 20/05/2026

it's rough, unpolished, and not to its full potential. it takes refinement and polishing to get that work to its resting place. that sort of refinement was not something Twy or anyone in the band could do alone, and i could see that. i gave some writing feedback...

100

DRACONIUM @draconium.music · 20/05/2026

immediately, i was struck by how emotionally charged it was. this was a piece of art wrought in agony. in writing, and i'd hazard to guess most creative endeavors there's a phenomenon in which something that means a lot to the artist personally is sort of, splatted on the page at once.

DRACONIUM @draconium.music · 20/05/2026

i first heard the album in 2024 when Twy of TWYLIGHT reached out to me privately and asked specifically for mixing feedback. at that point, we were just acquaintances. we had both worked on a megacollab and i had done the rainbow river remix, but i treated them as a colleague.
