Rarely have I seen a mariachi outfit with a harp but I did see one before at the Houston livestock show and rodeo, I happened to be there on the day the Mariachi competitors were performing around the park. I mostly heard those awesome trumpets in this performance

Very good point about smokers! It's a decision which changes their profile of what medical care they will need, and smokers are charged more for insurance. There's no difference between that and refusal to get vaccine.

Ultimately, the answer is that that juror was seated by the judge and agreed to by both attorneys. Why does that juror's opinion matter less than the other 11? I'm not advocating that this lady be sent to prison. I'm just damn tired of the laws and court system in this country being tainted.

I think that is completely irrelevant and the judge made the proper decision today declaring a mistrial. Nobody in that courtroom had or has the power to remove a juror because of the way they are going to vote. And a letter signed by 11 disgruntled jurors is not evidence of Jack shit.
