In Germany we are driving on the right, which means pedestrians should walk on the right too.

I don't really give it that much thought. Personally I prefer the circumcised look. I get where "intact" comes from, since the foreskin is still intact. Medically it is accurate. Circumcision is in the end a destruction of a natural part of the body, which in turn becomes "not intact" anymore.
