On the 12th May, we will be hosting Part 1 of the online training: ‘Understanding Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in Dementia Care'. Part 2 will take place on the 19th May.
On the 3rd June, we see the return of our Summer themed seasonal workshop, At Home With The Seasons, which will take place from 3pm-4:30pm (UK time on Zoom).🌻 ☀️
On the 16th June, we are hosting our next Free Art Class with Nicola Corrigan, an online workshop where learners will create '#FolkArt'.
On the 24th June, we are holding online Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) Training with Dr Gemma Ridel.
Participants will be given an overview of how to deliver Cognitive Stimulation Therapy. #CST is a brief evidence-based group treatment for people with #dementia.
We will also, as ever, be hosting Dementia Conversations on the second Wednesday of each month. The next conversations take place on the 13th May and the 10th June.

Care UK have launched The Big Dementia Conversation for the third year in a row. Our CEO, Barbara Stephens, is delivering 'Staying connected: A guide to dementia-friendly conversations’ talks as part of it. Barbara recently delivered this at Driffield Manor Care Home, which was very well received.
