Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 10/11/2025This is my office mate, she’s perfect. Unless she’s hungry, then she’s all over my business. 010
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 09/11/2025A herd of elk who decided to visit Cannon Beach the same afternoon as me. So glad I had my 600mm telephoto for the chance meeting. 010
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 07/11/2025Reexploring one of my top three all time favorite shoots, the Lae’zel forest shoot with @downencreative.bsky.social , this time in black and white, which I think looks pretty darn good. I don’t care what you think, it won’t change my feelings for these monotone beauties. 😆 020
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 03/11/2025One of my favorite wing shots of @downencreative.bsky.social , whose EVA foam wings and wire supports were flexible enough to wrap around her batstyle! This is her Lucifer cosplay from the Netflix series Sandman. Which use, I know is a book first, but the character aesthetic is from Netflix 010
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 22/10/2025@mia-may.bsky.social and Emma, two very close friends who just happened to get knocked up within 60 days of each other; our two for one maternity shoot was as fun as it was special, I love them both sooo much! 020
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 21/10/2025Despite her slight fungal infection, I’m still super into my wife. I sure dig @downencreative.bsky.social 140
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 20/10/2025The theme: Any spooky thing they felt like. It was an adhoc shoot with webs strung up being the only thing that was a solid plan. Still, we had a wonderful night together. With @downencreative.bsky.social , @deeladesigns.bsky.social , and JJ. 010
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 19/10/2025@downencreative.bsky.social in her custom look, I just named it her Halloween Queen cosplay. Shot at night on a very chilly night in the coast just for the fun of it. 030
Reposted by Downen PhotographyChaulkyMilk @chaulkymilk.bsky.social · 13/09/2025Going to try to be more active on here. Posting my latest cosplay built of Sciel from Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 @sandfallgames.bsky.social thank you so much @downenphotography.bsky.social for this beautiful shot! 062

Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 05/05/2025I got to zip on through some serious majesty yesterday in a wee little Cesna airplane; what a day to take in the sights! 110
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 18/04/2025Gym goers over 45, a quick tip: Before getting on the ab machine, check yourself for random gas possibilities, do a couple squats or something. Is there potential to fart on the ab machine? Skip it, do legs or something. Ask me how I know. 120
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 25/03/2025One of my favorite pics I’ve ever taken, my wonderful friend Emma in her Queen Amidala inspired cocktail dress. What a shoot! #cosplay #cocktaildress 1101
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 16/03/2025This is Kim, we aren’t connected on Bluesky which is too bad for her because this shot of her in her Orin cosplay is pretty dope. #cosplay #bg3 030
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 16/03/2025I was editing photos today until my cat decided to clean her butthole ON MY MOUSE. I’m not sure there’s a workaround for this bug. 030
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 16/03/2025My wife is on a label of spray paint. Want to talk next level stuff? I don’t know of anyone else whose likeness has been used to sell a craft paint like this. This is @plastidip.bsky.social btw, and the paint was formulated for one-and-done, self leveling, flexible applications. It’s amazing. 030
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 25/02/2025This was far from @downencreative.bsky.social first cosplay, but it sure got her noticed quicker than the rest! Her helmet barely fit in an elevator in her first build, we had to measure the elevator ahead of time to decide when and where she’d put it on before the con 😂 0131
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 24/02/2025My kid did this thing with her hair and I freakin love it! I love my goth daughter sooo much! 030
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 10/02/2025She’s a wreck and I love her for it. 050
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 09/02/2025Know how I know I’m finally maturing as I grow older? My wife is out of town and I still used the Poo-pourri this morning. #consideratepooper 130
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 04/02/2025My wife in her handmade beautiful Totoro dress, and her owner, Priss. The cosplay was created by @downencreative.bsky.social for a combination of love for the show and wanting a cosplay that travels easier than foam armor. I love seeing the warm compliments she gets at anime cons. #totoro 040
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 03/02/2025Healthcare tip for your next generation should you be so crazy as to bring a child into this world: give them a unique name. I watch patient records merged A LOT, and common names can easily be merged by accident. So make your kid’s name special, like Tuberg Flirtynubbins Jones. 250

Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 02/02/2025Tesla sees a 20% shortfall in sales for 2024, so Elon lays off 20% of the workers rather than acknowledging HE is the reason for the shortfall. Imagine being such an asshole that your company can’t sell products associated with you. Then blame everyone else. 030
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 26/01/2025The cone of shame is really a sol sucking ordeal. Poor thing just wants her dignity back! And to lick her butt. #coneofshame 010
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 25/01/2025I can now attest that when you find you have access to airport blacktop, the desire to drive really fast is very real. I didn’t, of course! Because they wouldn’t let me 😂 220
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 25/01/2025Our first attempt at drone photography. I bought this little strobe on Amazon and its hook and looped to the bottom of my drone. When the weather warms up a bit, we’re ready to play some more! (the little light on Amazon: amzn.to/40vObpJ) 040
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 25/01/2025I work from home, these are my office mates. I send my wife updates to keep her abreast of my work conditions. These pics cover an entire workday 😂 (I love my coworkers so much!) 150

Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 23/01/2025I typed a person’s name on my keyboard today, and not a small name mind you, and it was only using my left hand on the QWERTY, so no traditional right fingered letters. I must say, it was quite satisfying. 010
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 20/01/2025All this kerfuffle about TikTok, and as a non-user, it’s gotten a bit stale. On the plus side, I pooped TWICE this morning, which was awesome. But yeah, TikTok back up after 42 seconds offline, that’s ok too I guess. 050
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 19/01/2025Tik Tok will be back up in 24 hours, I think everyone needs to have a days worth of patience and go do some laundry or something. This is a huge and easy win for the new administration, it will be reversed instantly. 210
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 19/01/2025Melanie channeling her inner Hollywood starlet. Shot last night in my home studio. 030

Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 18/01/2025I don’t share enough BTS stuff. Probably because I don’t take a lot of BTS stuff 😄 More @mia-may.bsky.social and Carma Cosplay having picnicy fun in the sun. 130

Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 30/11/2024Enjoy Thanksgiving while you’re young and one of your legs appears to be hollow. I had *slightly* more dinner last night than I normally would, fell asleep at the dinner table, then begged to go home where I lay on the couch hoping for the sweet release of death, or maybe just a huge fart. 010
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 25/11/2024My son sent me fashion shots he found online somewhere and asked what style it is and can I do it? It’s called High Key, and we had it done the next day :) I love the opportunity to shoot with my kid mainly because he sees a style and challenges me with a “but can you do this?” , it’s pretty fun. 010

Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 16/11/2024I'm a portrait photographer 99.9% of the time, but it doesn't mean I can't appreciate an epic sunset. This is Salt Pond, Kauai, and I proposed to my wife in this exact spot the next night. She said yes, in case you were wondering =) 130
Downen Photography @downenphotography.bsky.social · 16/11/2024@bsky.app A few questions for ya: Do I get throttled if I post too much? Do I get punished if I don't post often enough? Does the "algorithm" like me more when I share trending topics? 030
