Found this old building today. May have to come back later when there's less people around...

Not sure about the colors, but I like how this came out.

I did not wash my car. It has been raining a lot. So I spot cleaned some areas with rubbing alcohol and laid these down. Pretty pleased. Now to see if they last a while.

I have greatly cut back on the amount of stimulants I consume. This last year has been a grind, but I am finally catching up and have myself time to just draw, and not think. Or have some voice nag at me to work. I let it trail off and find something interesting in the ether.

Been working on some some vector doodles to run through my machine this weekend and see how well it makes detail cuts. Pretty damn good.

Just things I like seeing in the world that brings me joy. Also been looking for reference of old Pizzahut buildings and I can't really find good ones of the back side online. But this one is right here!

I play nothing but pokopia. Just missing a few flower colors... Started to build lore around my towns, and little stories. Even given some of the mons my own nicknames. Anyways. Here's DragonDad, grilling with his kids the oldest is kind of a pyro. The grill warms his heart more than his ex.

Ending up sourcing a cheep, big large vinyl cutter. We making decals.

Started sketching more. The local shops are limited, and I can't source .09 pencil lead locally. Did find a virgin Borders spiral bound natural tone paper SketchBook while moving/unpacking a while back. Pocsas are kind of easy to find, so, that is what I have been fucking around with.

Be me. Hate crowds, conventions, dealing at cons, or being in a vendor hall for any amount of time. Also me, fuck it we working the main vender hall at dragoncon. Free hotel, and a free badge that let me bypass 90% of the line bullshit made it bearable. Also found the best cosplay at the con.

Working on maw shot of a complex character, and accidently modeled and rigged out a whole ass leg. I think I got lost somewhere. Need to work on the toes and lower foot controllers more but I am pretty pleased with my piston and U-joint rigging.

I think with how long we have been doing this, its acceptable to draw and post mushy snuggly art of our little trio. @chaos.doverspike.art and @leptonyx.me < 3

Since there seems to be some debate about using ref for art. Here is a piece I did back in 2020. @chaos.doverspike.art dressed up in armor for some photos for me to work from. The background is a paint over, from an abandon gas station I found along a long drive. 90% of my phones gallery is hands.

A Gnoll, casting a spell, unaware around the dangers around him.

There is a grey gnoll/anthro hyena with a sword over his shoulder and purple light coming from his other hand.
The area around him his over grown, but littered with chests.

I had to dig deep to find this. 2010/2011? old painting of The Maxx, watercolor and acrylic inks. There is so much influence Sam's work had on me. I stay up late to watch this show as a kid. and it was the coolest shit ever. I got to read the comics in whole as an adult. Its just some real stuff.

Me and @leptonyx.me designed some silly OCs together. Some collaboration here, Serge colored his man and threw the layouts together for both of these dudes.

ref sheet of a Dry Bones OC.
His name is Mulch The Dry Bones. there is stat bar in the upper right that shows Size, Danger and Electrolytes levels.
He is shapes of purple with a plant on his head.

ref sheet of a Piranha Plant OC named Splotch.
The upper right shows his stat levels of size, danger, and appetite.

Other text from top to bottom.
"Spot pattern is fairly random expect for these three near the upper lip on each side."

"The saliva - like fluid that is secretes is thick and sticky. Reports indicate it has an odd magenta tint... and i sweet flavor."

"This large piranha plants looks like some kind of overgrown offshoot of the inky type, and appears to have decorated its cracked pot with stickers and wears several pieces of jewelry. How it got them on is anybody's guess."

Hey friends, I see adobe is being shits again. I quickly made this clip a while back to show a friend 2 different ways to start blender right in 2D drawing mode. Yeah that little PS icon is at the bottom of my tasks bar...I haven't paid for that shit in a long while.
