Just post what you feel like posting. It’s your account, and you are the boss of it! Don’t feel beholden to recreate what you had before. Use the opportunity to create what and who you want to be.

You’re very welcome! I use my own iPhone for all of the photos I took between 2019 and 2024! I bought a real camera when I retired in 2025.

Needed to become a halfway decent photographer! I’m still learning with every shoot. And the best sessions are always collaborations. The models always bring perspectives and experiences to them that I don’t have.

It was a great thing! I will always cherish the experiences I have had with those who have taught me along the way. Bunny Luna, Astrid Kallsen, Roarie Yum, Prana Machine, and so many others gave me the grace of their patience and experience and we were willing to help me learn the craft and skill

Haha! Always good to have! Seriously though, I learned by observing and working with skilled models like @carrieturnermodel.bsky.social — most professional models, including Carrie, are happy to work with beginners if they are open to learning, and are good people who respect and honor boundaries!

For anyone who hasn’t been able to work with Carrie Turner before, this is exciting news! Photographers in or around Ohio, check this out! I can heartily recommend working with Carrie! She’s worth the effort and money to get to where she can be! And now, that is a bigger range of possibilities!

Awesome! I’m so glad that you are expanding your range and offerings! And super glad to be a part of helping you expand those options! This will give more people the opportunity to work with you, which is double awesome!
