Waking up not just wet but also to find out that I've pooped in my sleep is always an interesting one. Doesn't happen often but when you are incontinent then these things happen and it's always a good job wearing a nappy.

Feeling extremely demoralised today. Received an email which wasn't what I expected. To say I have very little trust now in the NHS is an understatement. I undertook surgery years ago & it went wrong but they deny all the proof they are at fault and how they've left me

When people at work have a conversation that mentions about incontinence products and them making fun of it. You are sat there thinking actually if only you knew and we could all have a grown up conversation about incontinence. It doesn't just affect the elderly

A very full nappy. Dealing with incontinence is something that has taken time to get used too. Definitely has its ups and downs but I try to not let it stop me doing what I want to do.

Hmmm Tena Slip Proskin supers not sure how well these are going to do the job. Been prescribed them from the NHS for incontinence issues but so far not so good

Come home from work to find that my first delivery of nappies that have been prescribed have been delivered. Annoyingly the delivery note wasn't protected in any way and clearly states what they are.
