This got brought up in conversation so decided to check the steam page out. Just today the devs posted a link to some of the art sketches in response to a review that got posted today. Not sure if helpful or not. Here's the link as well: imgur.com/a/restory-sk...

A screenshot from Steam of a review for the game ReStory: Chill Electronic Repairs.

Review reads: "The gameplay's too repetitive. Gets boring after a couple hours. And there's a lot of AI-generated content, which honestly just makes it feel cheap. Wouldn't recommend it."

Misao the developer's response to review: "No AI has been used in our game; we take pride in our art and have a team of very talented artists for our 3D or 2D art. It's becoming very disheartening for our team to constantly see these comments from people despite openly commenting on these issues.

We've uploaded some of our early sketches of character designs and key art and have been very transparent in sharing these. If you'd like to see the pictures, we've included the link below: https://imgur.com/a/restory-sketches-wishlist-game-on-steam-mSbVwRR

You can see how we take all the difference versions and make improvements/changes to different elements of it. It took a while for us to come to a nice key art we were happy with, so once we had all the placeholder elements and were happy with the composition, it was perfected in the final image.

The same goes for our character art. After multiple iterations of different poses and styles, we finished with the final version you see today."
