iiinova — where your digital self keeps evolving

I'm thinking I'll revisit the idea of having my own website. Or maybe I'll just get a Bear Blog and start writing there. Then again, maybe I won't do any of that and just won't contribute to the internet community at all. Who knows? Anyway - ciao for now, and.. see ya later?

Maybe if I find a way to use BlueSky for myself, in a way that makes me feel comfortable here - I'll come back. But for now - this is how it's gonna be.

010

.ninth @dotninth.bsky.social · 11/01/2026

Alright. Okay! For now, I'm NOT going to delete my BlueSky account. But I won't be logging on here. And obviously not on other social media either. I'll try to block them on all my devices.

Last call, if anyone wants to stay in touch outside of social media (like, BlueSky) - shoot me a DM. I'm deleting my social media tomorrow.

I hope you're having a hell of a good time and getting totally lost in the process. And I'm gonna go sacrifice someone to make sure it stays this way forever. 🙂‍↕️

I originally started drawing pixel art for one reason - game dev. I couldn't find an artist to partner with, so I started doing everything myself. Turns out, I'm not making games either. But that's a whole other story.

.ninth @dotninth.bsky.social · 09/01/2026

For over a year now, I've been trying to draw with on-and-off success and... I hate the process. It's no fun at all. It feels like I'm forcing myself to do it. Just because "you gotta finish what you start," blah, blah, blah.

It's time to sell my Wacom.

.ninth @dotninth.bsky.social · 06/01/2026

Looks like I can't draw anymore after all. I'm not a pixel artist now.

ADHD obviously makes things worse in this case. But I don't think that's really what this is about. My question is more about whether it's worth finishing something you've already started if it now feels like a waste of time and "I could be doing something more productive."

.ninth @dotninth.bsky.social · 04/01/2026

It's been a week since I said I was going to delete my social media accounts. Including BlueSky. I'm saying it again, for the last time: if anyone wants to stay in touch OFF this platform (like on a messenger app) - send me a DM or leave a comment. I'm deleting my account in a week.

How do you know when you should keep going with something, and when it's time to just stop? 😑

Small reminder for all of you.

A two-panel meme featuring Pikachu. In the top panel, Pikachu looks sad with eyes closed and arms crossed, next to the text "I'm not where I want to be." In the bottom panel, Pikachu looks happy and excited with eyes wide open, next to the text "but I'm proud I'm not where I used to be."

Oh, wow! What a productive year with a whole army of really awesome games you've beaten! Hope 2026 is just as amazing for you with games, virtual worlds, and unforgettable stories 🙂

Little study

Digital drawing. On the left - sprite from game Hades picturing Zagrey. On the right - my copy of this spryte.
Zag have dark hair, one green eye and one red eye. He wears cloth with red, dark grey and a little bit of white colors. On his belt - skulls. Oh his left shoulder 3 dog skulls. On left arm he has metal braclets and on the right - red ribbon

I'm gonna nuke my online presence as it is now. Meaning no BlueSky or anything like that. If anyone from BSky cares or wants to stay in touch - shoot me a DM. In about a week or two - I'm deleting the account.

They don't make you mad, they don't annoy you, they don't make you feel anything. It's just "I need to spend five minutes cleaning out my spam." Seriously, why the fuck do you do this? Don't you have your own life? Why am I the center of your universe? 🤔 2/2

Sometimes you make one mistake in life: you turn a blind eye to what a complete piece of shit someone is. And then these pieces of shit stalk you. For years. 1/2

А, ну час буде залежати від цільової аудиторії. Щось мені підказує, що це не універсальна річ. Ще ж від таймзони залежить, тощо, тощо. Але спробуй.

People should make their own little personal websites. Even if they're janky and unprofessional - it doesn't matter. At least they'll be truly THEIRS. And they'll be an expression of their creator. And they'll grow along with that creator and change along with their life.

020

.ninth @dotninth.bsky.social · 20/12/2025

Surprise-surprise! I don't like seeing people. Turn them off, please.

020

.ninth @dotninth.bsky.social · 20/12/2025

And the graphics in games unexpectedly jumped from low to ultra. Turns out you can read text from far away! The only downside - now I see people in full detail, not as blurry moving blobs. It's like a filter was turned off. 🥲

110

.ninth @dotninth.bsky.social · 20/12/2025

Well, I wear glasses now. And my world is split into a "before" and "after". Turns out I couldn't see jack shit properly and just blamed it on "the text is too small" or "I'm sitting too far away".

.ninth @dotninth.bsky.social · 17/12/2025

I don't have any photos from the second part of the video. But I have entries in a notebook that I wrote and managed to get out. A memory of what the "russian world" and "liberation" is, for fuck's sake. [3/4]

The other side of the Drama Theater was beautiful too and the whole area was decorated (not shown in the video). [2/4]

From the first part of the video, I even have photos from back then. On the way to the Christmas tree - there were all sorts of little shops. Kinda like a food court. We'd buy hot mulled wine and walk around at night. [1/4]

I pretty much never use the em-dash. But now everyone's saying that it's SUPPOSEDLY a sign that an AI wrote the text, which is mostly absurd. And that's exactly why - I'm going to use the em-dash. Even if it doesn't really fit. Just to piss people off.
