Gwnewch y pethau bychain mewn bywyd (do the little things in life). At the heart of this is that the small, everyday acts of care, attention, and integrity are what shape a good life and a good community. Not the grand gestures, not the dramatic achievements - but the quiet, consistent things.

Progress starts with acceptance of your current reality. Instead of waiting for perfect conditions, use whatever skills, tools, and energy you already have. Even small actions, taken consistently, create momentum and lead to meaningful results.

Wisdom isn’t about knowing everything - it’s about discernment. Life is full of details, distractions, and imperfections. Trying to address or react to everything leads to stress. Wisdom means choosing what truly matters and ignoring what doesn’t.

I love this quote... music is the space between the notes. That notion that a certain amount of emptiness is appreciated. That the space between, the liminal space, allows the notes to resonate, to reach their full potential. That's where the music happens.
