The third version of the proclamation of Prussian king Wilhelm I as German Emperor at Versailles, by Anton von Werner. The first two versions were destroyed in the Second World War. This version was commissioned by the Prussian royal family for chancellor Bismarck's 70th birthday. Note that the subjects are portrayed as the age they were when the work was painted in 1885, not the age they were at when the event occurred in 1871.

"Heartbreaking: The Worst Person You Know Just Made A Great Point" is an article by the satirical website ClickHole, published in February 2018. The article is written in second-person, describing a situation in which the reader's archetypically hated coworker makes a logical argument during a political debate, much to the chagrin of the reader. After publication, the article's headline and stock photo became an Internet meme used to mock otherwise disliked figures when they make statements that users nonetheless agree with.
The article is illustrated with a stock photo of Josep Maria García. The picture was taken in 2014 during a work trip to Barcelona, during which García was helping his photographer brother-in-law to set up the lighting for a photoshoot. The Guardian compared García to András Arató, who also unintentionally became the subject of an Internet meme as Hide the Pain Harold.

It’s not going to help anyone find a good-paying job. Donald Trump says these things because it will get him attention and make him sound like a tough guy.

If Donald Trump wants to rename a gulf to sound more patriotic, I’d say we will help him on one condition and only one condition: let’s come up with a real plan first – not a concept of a plan – to lower prices for Americans. Let’s do that first. Then, Donald Trump can have his fun.
