So there's a show that's buried on HBO Max (fuck Zaslav, that's what I'm calling it) titled Fired on Mars, that's basically this, and it's also Office Space on Mars, which is also what this is. It's really funny, and also strangely serendipitous that I just binged it. People should check it out.
