The USAQI shows that the air quality level in Petaling Jaya is 155, considered unhealthy. The graphic shows a person wearing a mask. Which means masking is advised, as is avoiding outdoor air. The main pollutant is PM2.5 at 61.9 micrograms per cubic meter.

The PM2.5 concentration of 61.9 micrograms per cubic meter is 12.4 times higher than the WHO annual PM2.5 guideline value. That means you should wear a mask (if possible) when you go outside.
