#tavqotd Hersterid is not a mainly aesthetic type of girl. Shes more concerned for function. Khakis, whatever shirt she thought looked nice from the outdoor/farming supplies store and some hiking boots are her go-tos. Top it off with some national park hat if the need arises.

Oh my god that’s exactly what all this “de-extinction” stuff is. It’s way sexier and more scifi to pretend like we can bring back mammoths (we can’t) than actual wildlife conservation, which is a lot of unsexy hard work but actually gets results.
