As voted on by my lovely patrons, here's a brand new Naqtale, featuring everyone's favorite goblin midwife taking a trip to the Underdark and coming to the aid of a very unusual parent-to-be. #pregnancykink #nbpreg www.patreon.com/Doombeez/pos...

An image containing the following text:

“You can call me Ersatz,” said an ethereal voice that seemed to echo in Naq’s mind rather than travel through the air.

“Ersatz, hm?” Naq said with a smile. “That’s a really interesting name for a Shallar. Did you chose it yourself?”

Those eyes widened slightly in surprise. “I can’t remember the last time I heard someone use the proper name for my people. Not a lot of people know it. Especially above-grounders.”

“I read a lot,” said Naq with a smile. “And I wasn’t sure if doppelganger was considered offensive. Please, have a seat.”

New month means new Patreon exclusive! Let's check back in with the BioPets as Dash the vet's assistant visits an oft-ignored part of 'pet society and has a whale of an encounter with a giant knocked-up enby orca. (Which almost scans to the TMNT theme, I think?) www.patreon.com/Doombeez/pos...

As voted on by my patrons, here's a new tale wherein Naq helps a client unlike any other in a strange and unusual place, so familiar and yet so different. Subscribe and check out "Naq and the Dragon" on my Patreon! www.patreon.com/Doombeez/pos...

Text that reads as follows:

"So what's the problem? I wouldn't be here if there wasn't a problem."
The great wyrm sighed and lowered her head. "Regretfully, yes. This will be my first time bearing a full-blooded dragon. Their sire was a great red dragon of considerable strength and renown. Quite handsome as well, and a masterful lover."
Naq grinned ear to ear. "Love to hear it. How was the dick?"
Mel craned her neck and grinned back. "Twice as long as you are tall. It was immaculate."
Naq gave a nod of approval and motioned for the dragon to continue.

Now on Patreon: A NIGHT AT THE VELVET STINGER What's a bored moth to do when she needs a little bit of spice in her life in the wake of a breakup? Hooking up with a butch wasp with a fat ovipositor may not be the solution to all of her problems, but it certainly can't hurt. tinyurl.com/yj8acj54

TEXT: She was a wasp with a glossy black shell and a sturdy, heavyset build, the kind that suggested she did a lot of physical labor rather than any sort of intentional working out. Her outfit consisted of red flannel with the sleeves rolled up over a T-shirt for a band called ZÄPPER that I was only faintly aware of, along with close-fitting jeans and a pair of big black boots, probably steel-toed. She looked like she came here straight from a worksite rather than dressed up to go out, but the way she held herself elevated the whole look into something that was unimaginably sexy. And the sense of confidence that she radiated bordered on smugness, challenging the world to tell her that she wasn't the hottest thing in the room.
I certainly couldn't bring myself to argue that point.

A block of text that reads as follows:

Out of all the myriad types of BioPets, the rarest of the rare were those who were derived from non-mammalian fauna. Dash had never seen one before, and now here one was, splayed out on an enormous beanbag and cooling herself off with a paper fan, with a bored expression on her face.

She had the same basic body plan and facial structure as any other pet, and that was where the similarities ended. Rather than fur, her golden-bronze skin transitioned to soft-looking green scales. Instead of hair, her head bore a feathery crest in a vibrant blue-green color, and her eyes were bright yellow with slit pupils. She had very wide hips, incredibly thick and muscular thighs, and her feet bore a set of wicked-looking talons that were painted the same color as her crest.

These were all things that Dash took in after he'd noticed the one big thing, and that was her belly. He needed a moment to take it all in, because there was a lot to take in.

I liked my last commission from @gravidweiner.bsky.social so much that I got a follow-up. Here's Naq delivering the first of her five daughters. She's got a long night ahead of her, and she's going to revel in every last minute of it. #pregnancykink #bellykink #laborkink #birthkink

A picture of Naq, a heavyset goblin woman. She is in active labor, squatting deeply and pushing out her baby, which is visibly starting to crown.

A picture of Naq, a fat, green-skinned goblin woman with large, sagging breasts and prominent body hair, very pregnant and having a big contraction.
Naq: "Ooh, that was a big one. C'mere and get your hands on me... it's almost time."
