I would say people speculating on where the cbeebies doctor who spin off lands in the larger canon of the show are being ridiculous, but then I remembered they made the shalka doctor canon for shits and giggles

I lost a lot of interest in Wolverine when I saw the challenges where you have to go inside your own head and platform in a void to confront your issues. 3/4 of the Marvel games Insomniac have made have moments where you go inside someone's head and platform in a void to confront their issues

I'm so glad we had to rush the symbiote arc, you know, the ENTIRE SELLING POINT OF THE GAME for this fluff. This is what people mean when they complain about "immersive" PlayStation walking simulators where you press square to fix the couch cushions or something

000

doodlewolf.bsky.social @doodlewolf.bsky.social · 19/08/2026

Also that entire chapter where you go for a bike ride and break into your high school just to have a 10 minute stealth section flashback where you fuck around with a janitor could've just been summed up in one sentence. Sometimes it's okay to tell and not show guys.

I was surprised Sonic had a higher age rating than Ratchet until I remembered the bit in Sonic 3 where he tells Eggman to go fuck himself with a cactus

Peter getting Anti Venom at the end of SM2 is a great example of why you shouldn't have to force a diagetic in universe reason for a game mechanic to stay around in the post game, because the entire point of the symbiote story is him realising he doesn't need this damaging

Its actually kinda crazy that Eve of the Daleks was the last ever Dalek story we got. Sure they were in Power of the Doctor but they weren't the main villains. It's not a terrible note to end on, I actually really like EotD, it's one of my favourite festive specials they did and easily my favourite

So apparently the plot for Doomsday leaked and some scenes in the trailer are supposedly confirming the leak If this is true then all I have to say is 😬 It sounds like an absolute nightmare clusterfuck of a story and Feige supposedly rebooting things after Secret Wars only adds to the leak for me

TADC ep 7 might be one of the most satisfying rewatches I've had in recent memory, and it's all because of 4 words. Spoilers ahead btw The entire episode the 1st time had me questioning Able and his legitimacy along with the characters even though I knew they obviously couldn't leave the circus

doodlewolf.bsky.social @doodlewolf.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Chapter 4 • I'll admit I think I'm missing a lot of subtext and symbolism here, so I don't have a lot of things to say here, but I'll say this...HOLY SHIT I'M ABSOLUTELY HOOKED!!!!! If you told me Deltarune coukd rival Undertale I wouldn't believe you, not because it's bad but because Undertale

100

doodlewolf.bsky.social @doodlewolf.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Chapter 3 • Yeah...this is easily the weakest. Not bad by any means, its still Deltarune so it's still good to come extent, but yeah it wasn't as great as the chapters before it. • The beginning was a nice tone shift, Ralsei really went from being the cozy little rock anyone could lean on to

100

doodlewolf.bsky.social @doodlewolf.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Chapter 2 • I'll be honest, I don't think I really loved the Cyberworld design as much as the Wonderland inspired chess world from ch1, not to say I hated it, it just didn't hit as hard with all the bright neon colours • Noelle is a pretty sweet addition to the cast, but she doesn't have a ton

100

doodlewolf.bsky.social @doodlewolf.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Replay she's easily the best character in the chapter, you can get so much about the way she is and her insecurities all through natural dialogue, no venting breaks or exposition required! • I'm really split if I like Ralsei's ch1 design more than his later designs, he just looks so scrungly here!

100

doodlewolf.bsky.social @doodlewolf.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Interesting about him outside of being a mirror of Asgore. Lancer though is great, easily one of my favourite characters in the series so far, he gets all the best jokes! Too bad he's getting downplayed more and more with each chapter though. • On my first playthough I really hated Susie, but on

100

doodlewolf.bsky.social @doodlewolf.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Easily has the best palette of all the chapters, the magentas and purples in particular are gorgeous, and the teals and blues we get later or lovely too! • King as a villain felt pretty weak to me, he's got an awesome design, but his part in the story felt very generic, he didn't have anything

100

doodlewolf.bsky.social @doodlewolf.bsky.social · 07/07/2026

Chapter 1 • Honestly this might be a comfort game for me, but tbh a chunk of that could be down to me playing it on holiday, still it's a damn good bite sized self contained RPG with a great story to it! Idk why but the Scarlet Forest music really is comfort music to me • Speaking of scarlet, this

010

doodlewolf.bsky.social @doodlewolf.bsky.social · 10/06/2026

So this is how my favourite show dies Dangling a last second cliffhanger that sacrifices the coolest thing about the show and devolves it into nostalgia slop just to use as a crutch for the shows future...only for the showrunner to bail I was gonna skip this episode, but now its just depressing

Also it's really funny how we got 2 different Fox designs just over a month a part from eachother, like damn he's aged 40 years in just 30 days that's what intergalactic warfare does to you

000

doodlewolf.bsky.social @doodlewolf.bsky.social · 07/05/2026

I can't get too mad since every other Fox design has been pretty cartoony and stylised, so why not try something different. If this becomes the proper main design permanently going forward though then yeah nah not my Fox Also Falco is just too much I'm sorry that really is uncanny imo
