Prototyping some cool effects in Godot <3 Build a simple shader, that would draw a border and invert the color. And a node with a viewport and a sprite that duplicates its current parent texture where the shader is applied. #indiegamedev #gamedev #godot #indie #madewithgodot

Thank you! Their collision was just a sphere nearly matching the size. And because it was a sphere, the velocity applied allowed them to 'glide' over each other.

Restrictions strive creativity. We had so nice 3D models for our latest Game Jam entry, BUT. With many 3D enemies, pathfinding and web export, we came to the limits where we were unable to improve performance any more. Thanks DOOM, now we needed to transpose those animations #indiegamedev #gamedev

Heard of some devs in their dev logs that their project really began to shine once they ditched the AI-generated art. It helps a lot in getting things started but very often is just a bit off, that it looses the whole magic and illusion. But you are right, as you do — either way <3
