FYI: appointments are open in BC two weeks ahead of schedule, earliest available starting October 13th. mRNA only right now, but Nuvaxovid is approved and in the system and awaiting delivery to pharmacies. If you want it, call the vaccine line (1-833-838-2323) to check for updates. Expect a wait.

Purchasing will be based on past uptake, which was low due to a delayed rollout and severely restricted availability, contributing to perceived “low demand”. If people are not aware it’s available and how to find it, this may repeat, with the government less likely to order it in the future.
