99. Survivor Palau Classic example of a Survivor season where the post-merge is far better than the pre-merge. By the time it was almost the second half of the season, the cast became much more standout and so many people were easy to root for despite some of their previous failing's. 15/20

98. A Bug's Life I watched this in ER as well, I still very much love and appreciate it in a similar way I did in my childhood, despite some of the story's flaws. Nostalgic anti-capitalist theming bug movie go brrrr. 15/20

97. UglyDolls Saw this in hospital, I'm stunned by how mediocre this film is, oh my god. I don't understand how or why they have the casting choice of famous musicians when the music and story is all so bland. It's harmless as a kid's movie, but I feel like it could have been so much better. 8/20

96. BBC Life Shoutout to David Attenborough for telling me more about the wonders of the animals and plants around me, and nudging everyone to appreciate them further. Since this came after Planet Earth, it's stunning to see the improved camera effects to see things in more detail. 20/20

95. BBC Planet Earth Understandably one of the highest rated for not just nature documentaries, but documentaries in general. I love it just as much as an adult as I did in my childhood as it inspires you to have wonder for the world around you. Also look at these Amur leopards. 20/20

94. Survivor Kaoh Rong Thank fucking GOD this season's great. The setting is intense they understandably won't do it again, but it's strong in its cast and how lively it is for the whole season. The finale episode is a bit flawed, but otherwise a very strong one. Also Mark the Chicken <3. 15/20

93. Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs Yea this is an absolute blast of a movie. The animation is such a joy with how lively and cartoony it is, and it's a genuinely funny movie. I think a few of the characters are too jerkish for my taste (haha), but it's still lovable regardless. 15/20

92. Moana With how strong the cast is despite being small, the stunning animation, fantastic soundtrack, and my personal connection to it, this is absolutely my favorite Disney movie. 20/20

91. vertigo EDEN Still one of my favorite things to exist on this earth, all powerfully emotional from EDEN's voice and the personal lyrics. I adored it since its release date and I doubt it'd ever slow down. 20/20

90. Survivor All Stars I do not care for this season, oh my god. There's good things about it (mainly the romance and Rupert), but it gets so personal in ways that are uncomfortable and it was probably too early of a season to have an all-returning cast. 9/20

Donnie @donnimation.bsky.social · 07/05/2025

89. Flow Damn dude, this was a wonderful film. I'm stunned by the wonderful environments and how much personality they gave each animal without a single word uttered in the whole thing. I can feel the amount of work put into this film with each second. Very much earned the praise. 18/20

88. Pajama Sam 3: You Are What You Eat From Your Head to Your Feet I think this is my favorite of the three, I just feel like the atmosphere has the most personality and I had the most fun figuring out the puzzles in this one. 16/20

Donnie @donnimation.bsky.social · 06/05/2025

87. Plants vs. Zombies I seem to go back to this game at least once a year, it's been safe for a long time to say it's one of my favorites of all time. This silly, yet well designed tower defense game never gets old for me. 20/20

86. Curdled Milk Nicole Dollanganger A mixture of both being an odd duck and immensely heavy. Fairly minimalistic in sound while Nicole sweetly sings about distressing and gorey subject matters, especially for AFABs. It resonates with me, but I find it exceedingly difficult to recommend. 15/20

85. Diamond Eyes Deftones At this rate if Deftones becomes one of my favorite bands, I won’t be surprised. I love how it still has some metal goodness while still being fantasy-like in sound. The album feels like it’s there for you in its own way. 18/20

100

84. Rogue Taxidermy Days N’ Daze Bit of an odd duck, but I suppose that’s how it goes for folk punk. It’s a bit self aware in it while still being rather goofy at times, almost like you’re at a campfire. I don’t see myself going back to this one much, but I’m glad I gave it a shot. 13/20

83. The Sound of Madness Shinedown Banger and nostalgic album. Very much fond of how it never gets boring because of the well-done balance of the hard hitting sound and the sincere songs. I always find it easy to go back to if I know I want to listen to something, but unsure of what. 16/20

Donnie @donnimation.bsky.social · 04/05/2025

82. White Pony Deftones I have not been in this much awe from hearing an album for the first time in a while, holllyyyy shit I love this. It's so atmospheric and intense in all of the right ways I am stunned, this might end up as one of my new favorites. 20/20

Donnie @donnimation.bsky.social · 02/05/2025

81. Chicken Little I'm baffled by so many artistic decisions of this film, like the over-reliance on pop culture references, the cruel tone, the turn from being about baseball to aliens, and the very poor writing of just about every character. Good lord, this is not a great film. 6/20

80. Pajama Sam 2: Thunder and Lightning Aren't So Frightening While I prefer the general atmosphere and messaging of the first game, the puzzle element and writing is definitely better in this game, so this definitely stands well on its own as a classic Humongous Entertainment game. 15/20

Donnie @donnimation.bsky.social · 01/05/2025

79. Golden Road Keith Urban Okay this isn't typically my genre, but this had a very likable tone and it genuinely sounds like he was having a good time. I respect that a lot. Keith Urban better be living his best life. 14/20

78. Inside Out 2 I think it was a well-written film, and I like how much both the world and the characters from the last film was expanded upon, though I don't feel like it had as much of an emotional punch as I was anticipating. 15/20

Donnie @donnimation.bsky.social · 29/04/2025

77. Pajama Sam: No Need to Hide When It's Dark Outside I love me some point-and-click edutainment gaming nostalgia. I like how enthusiastic Sam himself is, the art style still holds up well even after almost 30 years later, and the ending is genuinely sweet. I want some cheese now. 15/20

76. Survivor Amazon This season was alright with a good setting and decent cast, but I thought the way the gender split was utilized made me a bit uncomfortable at points to where I have to knock it down a peg and makes me glad they only did this three times. 12/20

74. Phobia Breaking Benjamin This album isn’t all super deep, but I don’t think it needs to be. I feel this has Ben’s strongest vocal work, and I enjoy the overall theming of fears and just going through the motions. I can’t find myself having a ton to say, but I still adore it despite that. 16/20

Donnie @donnimation.bsky.social · 27/04/2025

73. Around the Fur Deftones I was thoroughly impressed by how it has a good balance with sounding messy while being refined enough to easily empathize with how emotional it gets. Also Chino’s voice blew me away like goddamn. 16/20

72. The Lighthouse Wild ride of a film. I can feel the sheer passion in just about every aspect from the setting, the phenomenal acting, to the way the plot plays out. Very much a thinker with both the characters being unreliable narrators, I enjoyed it a lot. 18/20

Wild how spotted skunks as a way to warn bigger animals to back off while feeling threatened is to handstand to make themselves look bigger. Said handstand can potentially help aim their sprays as well.

71. Pokemon Concierge (Season 1) Very sweet and fairly short watch, it's good both for Pokemon fans clamoring for cute/silly Pokemon antics with a few relatable human characters, and even for non fans that want to watch a cute. Cannot wait for season 2 (and more stop motion Furret)!! 16/20

70. Kids in Love Kygo It's pretty well put together and has a good type of mid 2010's electronic music charm, I enjoy how it mostly fits for the tropical feel. I doubt I'd go back to it over and over, but I enjoyed it enough to easily see its merits. 13/20

69. A Few Good Men I don't have much experience in courtroom media, but I can still tell why this is considered a classic. It's one of those stories where you can gather an idea about how it ends, but it's fun to see how it ends up on there, and the ending is satisfying. 15/20

68. Elemental I liked this one a lot, it took a bit to pick up and some of the ways the plot plays out is rough, but otherwise I adored the romance and varying emotions, and this has one of my favorite art styles in any Pixar film. I found it to be a very worthwhile watch. 16/20

67. Unhallowed The Black Dahlia Murder It might just be me being new to death metal, but I found it a bit hard to differentiate some of the songs. However, I can still hear the sheer amount of skill in sound to where I don't care that much, and it's short length doesn't overstay its welcome. 14/20

66. Melodrama Lorde There's so much brilliancy in how this album expresses the varying feelings of break ups, or any transitional period in your life. It manages to be both intense and lowkey at the same time, and I resonate with it so hard. This is one of my favorites of all time. 20/20

65. Survivor One World What a miserable season (mainly in the pre-merge), my god. I felt my soul sucked out of my body from sheer frustration, but at the very least there's some funny moments and we have a good finale episode, plus Australian Outback was still worse. 7/20

64. Kid A Radiohead Despite having a semi-ambient vibe in sound, they do quite a bit with it to where I sometimes notice little sounds I didn't notice before whenever revisiting. It's so dreamlike in a way I absolutely adore, with each song fitting together in the same project so well. 17/20

Donnie @donnimation.bsky.social · 08/04/2025

63. Lightyear I cannot believe that a Pixar movie could make me crashout like this one. It's so tonally confusing, there's so little properly used with the concept, most of the characters are either bland or unlikable, the twist villain was ass, I only liked Sox. 5/20

62. Suicide Season Bring Me The Horizon (Album cover is gorey) I feel like I got beaten over the head repeatedly with a guitar /positive. I mostly enjoyed it past the first song, but it's one of those projects where I need to be in a certain mood to actively seek out. 13/20

61. SAWAYAMA Rina Sawayama "Won't you break the chain with me?" Oh my god?? I fucking love this album?? I adore how much passion you can feel oozing out of every song, both within the variety of inspirations and how she tackles the subject matter of one's own identity. 18/20

Donnie @donnimation.bsky.social · 06/04/2025

60. Survivor Marquesas Not a bad season, but it didn't really engage me a ton, though I can't blame it much for that being an earlier season. I did enjoy the post-merge and I'll remember this season most for the hand pissing scene. 12/20

Donnie @donnimation.bsky.social · 04/04/2025

59. Turning Red I resonated with a lot of this film from being AFAB, and I like how the messages was written with the complex family dynamics despite how frustrating Mei's mother gets. I feel that the strongest parts of the film being the main friend group makes up for some flaws. 15/20

57. Luca God, I wish Italy was real. In all seriousness, I like how this is a more laid-back Pixar movie with a likable set of characters you can root for with a silly goal of a Vespa. 15/20
