Lovely neighbor gave me a BOX of rhubarb. Chopping it up to freeze and decided it was too tough and I should put in the compost. My Scottish Granny appeared like a spirit from the Muppet Christmas Movie. “Ye canna waste it”. So at 10 pm who is cooking stewed rhubarb?

We had a cat who would put a toy bunny in the food dish quite often. Also occasionally poor bunny would be subjected to a swim in the water dish.

I don’t have that level of anxiety, but I still find some appointments take so much mental energy before, during and after that I’m exhausted. Could be my age too (69)!!

Yes and the entire process can take days. We sat with my Mom for over a week. It’s hard but incredibly beautiful to be there for your loved one as they pass.

OMG. So so true. My partner sometimes wonders why I’m so tired. Well, the connection between my brain and body is damaged and throws in pain and other stuff for fun. Everything takes 120% effort.
