While not completely wrong, I would suggest a bit of brushing up on your Native history. The US GAVE natives nothing. The natives served in US wars at higher demographic rates than other ethnicities and did it before they were citizens.

I am positive that I saw a different cut of the S2 Ep1 commercial in which Bill says, "just like riding a bike" and Colin says something snarky like, 'slowly and wobbly' to that. But I only saw it once, I don't believe it was repeated and I'm not really sure what Colin said, but it was quite funny.
