I cannot believe it! Damn.

I absolutely hate that Amazon has turned #Pinterest into another advertising campaign. It has destroyed a social media site and wonderful resource.

My latest pine needle basket. I can't believe that I found a dragon charm in my stash that matches the ceramic center. Sometimes a bit of hoarding craft supplies is worth it!

Saw the cutest little ground squirrels today. They look like mini prairie dogs.

Finished another pine needle basket today. The center is a cowhide drink coaster. It's 6 inches across and 2 inches high.

I almost forgot to take photos of this one after I made it last summer.

In the winter I snowbird in the Arizona desert. The sunsets are incredible! These were taken on different nights with my phone and are not enhanced in any way.

I've been crafting many things lately. My newest, a coconut tree made with wire and bugle beads.

Next one. The center is a slab of zebra stone from Utah. #pineneedlebasketry #baskets #coiling #weaving

Finished it. Added dots on top of dots and the yellow edge. The bad spacing isn't as noticeable.

A black plastic disc with painted blue, yellow, and mint green dots in the shape of a mandala.

I learned a new craft today. Also learned it's difficult to get the spacing even. #dotpainting #mandalas

#pineneedlebasketry #basketry #baskets This one has a center that is a small plate I found at goodwill. I crocheted a harness around the edge to give me a place to attach the pine needles. I didn't want to drill holes because I was afraid it would break.
