A byproduct of the rise of AI chatbots is media literacy quickly dying and making people think they deserve the context of everything spelled out for them because they're used to their AI chatbot friend doing it for them, no critical analysis, no engaging their brains, just "Give me an explanation!"

Ask yourself do you want a dopamine rush or do you want food/basic necessities, do you want to take care of friends, or do you want random bullshit, there's other ways to get dopamine hits, exercise, shiny hunting even, finding healthy dopamine rushes is key to stopping bad spending habits, period
