haha that's actually super wholesome! I appreciate you giving me the backstory on that! Yeah sometimes bluesky breaks on me too for whatever reason :\

lol probably for the best, he does tend to get abused a bit xD but SOON. (i've had an itch for a while now, but I've also got like 90 different things I want to draw) I'm sure I'll get around to doing a page of him soon enough :D

It's a very understandable and universal response! No problem! It does break my heart seeing a wonderfully kind person like you having to shoulder such hardship. Genuinely wishing you and your family the best in this very difficult time :'( Hoping against all odds for the best possible outcome <3

i come back on here and my page is full of folks drawing Caine smoking a blunt? LOL. I'm so confused, but also completely content with my ignorance. ANywaYS! It's late, but I'm thinking of livestreaming, mayhaps Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

In typical me fashion, I am slowly ending up with a page of doorman drawings... sigh. These are still very rough, my apologies. #deadlock #thedoorman

WOAH!! These are so cool! I love the pose in the upper right hand corner 😍 these are all such fun poses and make the outfits look so flowy. I'm honored to have served as warmup fodder 👉👈💦

Sorry Des I was gonna try draw ur pretty outfits but tbh they're more action shots rather than much focus on the outfits- He's so pretty though- good inspo for a warmup thank you 👉👈

😭💜 thank you amneshion, you're always so kind to my work 🙏

Yes, please rest up 🙏

lol I'm still so fond of this drawing. I fight the urge to go back and polish it more every time I stumble across it > <;;; ... i should polish it more later...

I'm so sorry to hear about your mother's diagnosis. Truly devastating news. I hope you are all taking time for yourselves and slowing down to care for one another, including yourselves. Praying for you and your family.💜

he's just a sad widdle homeless plushie T _T

Yeah.. I can definitely feel the rustiness when it comes to human faces, despite my trying to stay on top of doing human studies. But it's been fun, though I'm now taking my time with posting ta/dc stuff for various reasons. Tysm! It's been humbling trying to learn new faces/characters to draw

It's no problem at all! The streams are just there to help me focus and also as a place for people to hang out and relax. I did finally figure out a work around for the two monitor situation! So now I'm relearning my muscle memory back around the other way 😂😂 but at least there's a path forward!

T u T thank you! I'm always happy to share pwushie caine. he keeps me going lol, and it warms my heart seeing others enjoying the dumb nostalgic jokes/scenarios. He's a sad little guy, but he's also a bit of a little shit, while still remaining adorable. Ngl the rock bees kill me everytime.

Aww I'm sorry to hear that > _ < still the pomni drawing cracks me up. It's a quick study of her expression from the fortnite collab commercial after Caine stretches her limbs out XD

I still have so many dumb #pwushiecaine drawings to polish and post, but here are the rough sketches for them lol. enjoy. Also idunno, have a Pomni too.

Some doorman sketchbook doodles. Still trying to figure out a convenient shorthand for drawing this guy lol.

This is so genuinely uplifting and fun to read, it made my night😄 Thank you for sharing! And happy plane spotting! Admiring the aircraft while being terrified of flying is very relatable lol I feel you on this

Des @doncdesole.bsky.social · 26/08/2026

Thank you! It's based on this 😂

Des @doncdesole.bsky.social · 26/08/2026

^^ thank you for the vote of confidence!! lol I felt like needed to draw some 'real' faces for a bit before I forget how to do that entirely. I'm not too familiar with deadlock either, other than seeing it and mutual playing for years at this point lol. thinking of getting into it as I have time..

Glad you enjoyed and could drop by! No pressure on chatting in stream, I totally understand and hope you're doing well! haha thank you! Sadly no new tablet, but I did get a second monitor set up finally and uhh, basically have to relearn all of my muscle memory in order to draw lol. It's been rough

Des @doncdesole.bsky.social · 23/08/2026

Here doodling celeste and doorman instead of sleeping 🙃 #deadlock

noice! I love this thing, it's built so well ! I've always wanted a cintiq, maybe one day! I tried an xp-pen, but personally couldn't get past the slight color shift and smaller screen. Once you get used to a tablet it's hard to go back to something smaller than a monitor lol

Des @doncdesole.bsky.social · 16/08/2026

lol ngl it's so old I can't remember, but THINK: intuous pro touch large ????

finally got a two monitor setup and now I have to relearn how to draw XD. My tablet feels SO funky fml lol.

💜 teehee there's a short series of these I'll be posting later. Once I finish them lol.

aww thank you! LOL I've fallen in love with this dumb idea (that nobody has seen becuase I'm too tired/lazy to digitize it and post it heh). but yes, there should be more on the way :D just.. lots of cute, dumb, feel-good (or bad?) drawings <3

Ngl I'm sure he'd probably crush the poor bird haha, but it's not off the table > u >

honestly my color 'schemes' are always just based on 'feels' and personal taste heh. It's hard to explain lol. Also I sometimes will play with the colors until I land on something I like :)

ty for the suggestion! I will take a look into the program :D

more Squawk, the sad mangy looking baby bird lol #pwushiecaine

adlkfsadk I feel like I'm about to get stabbed <8 I

well i mean.. he IS literally mostly eyes. XD so if there ever was an advantage to be had...

aww I'm sorry to hear that Amne, keep holding on. Some days just suck :") 💜

Behold the brainworms that have been ravaging my mind for months now: pwushie caine. #pwushiecaine Also, please meet Squawk, his trash boid...

Aww thank you Amneshion! :""""" ) It's been difficult to post any art lately, although I have been doodling away in my sketchbook. Posting art online has always felt like a barrier to me and I'm not sure why haha. Trying to at least get something out the door so people don't assume I'm gone lol

130

haha thank you chelsea! yeah, I realized anytime his eyes look like tiny pinpricks, he comes across quite menacing. ty! been busy and feeling quite tired the last couple of days, but otherwise things are okay for me, THANK YOU! I hope you're doing well today :)
