Honestly the werewolves might be more likely to be investigated under the assumption that they might be growing weed or something. 😭 In-setting there’s a group of them that has a greenhouse on a highrise building.

Just bought The Coming Destruction chronicle book for Werewolf: The Apocalypse, and it suggests that it can be adapted to fit 'your hometown'. Would be interesting to play werewolves, in setting like Oslo, Norway that has a low crime rate. Much harder to cover up werewolf shenanigans, I bet.

Seen some talk of unethical fiction, so here’s my take

Three panel comic titled Unethical Fiction:
1. Made with AI
2. Printed on human skin
3. The author uses their profits to fund a hate group.

Finally got around to finish watching 1899. I admire the dedication to such a big multilingual cast of characters. I could understand most of the Norwegian and Danish characters. There's so much other film and TV that half-ass Norwegian, despite there being plenty of available actors.

Apparently prince Lodin from Vampire: The Masquerade is Norwegian. The roleplaying guide from the earlier editions is making me laugh. I’m gonna have to reject my inherent need to speak fluid English, and let my original accent slip through.

Domi / Jimmie @domilovesdice.bsky.social · 08/03/2026

I’m learning German right now, and I find it funny that the German way of saying husband (mein mann) just directly translates to ‘my man’. All I think of is the English/Anericab slang «My maaaaan!»

Fun fact: Norway (and Scandinavia/the Nordics too) are REALLY into the crime/detective genre fiction, coining the Nordic Noir term. It is a modern tradition in Norway to read crime novels during Easter.

Also like- it’s possible to like vegetarian dishes without being vegan/vegeterian. I personally love Korean-style deep fried enoki mushrooms! Food is a very important thing to people both culturally and personally. It’s cool that a book like that used it to convey a deeper meaning.

Another warning re: Pinterest: it used to be pretty on point with genAI badges, but not anymore. A lot of obvious AI isn't marked, while I've seen some older VTES art with AI badge. No option to report it. Artists, your work can be marked as AI by Pinterest and displayed that way to thousands.

I remember once I was alone during Pride, so I ended up randomly hanging out with a group of Human Pups. And they took me partying around town in Oslo. It’s funny how some of the communities out there that is often called ‘cringe’ by the masses, is actually super chill and welcoming!
