Correct. If anything the two "eye witnesses" should have hurt the prosecution's case. Unfortunately, between the judge making mind boggling rulings, inadequate defense counsel and the jury being tainted by the media circus, nothing that happened in court mattered. Guilt was predetermined.

It turned out like all the appeals Sandusky has made in Pennsylvania where judges are elected and have to face reelection. At this appeal the judge, John M. Cleland, was also the trial judge!

I've not "done my own research" on this case. Multiple investigators, including a federal investigation, have done the research. I am merely passing along the info. And Nassar was clearly guilty.
