As someone who spends many hours researching, I find this incredibly frustrating and a waste of time and resources. Please consider other people's time and try not to waste it.

I asked r/cleveland for info about an obscure band I have. Someone responded with an AI write up about the band. The write up is sourced my research on my website. old.reddit.com/r/Cleveland/...

I'm really proud of this photo. It's really tricky getting a good picture of the etching in the runouts of a record and I got this one really nicely today. ꟻMR is the etching of an unidentified mastering engineer.

I love that Gaylord Archival's example of a VHS that needs a $27 archival storage box is Monty Python's Search For The Holy Grail

I had a dream last night that record stores had those scrubs dispensers like in hospitals so that when you're digging grimy basement records you could keep your clothes clean, and then after a long day you could return them to any record store you ended up in. They were called Diggers Scrubs.

1927 is commonly known as the "Big Bang" of country music, it's when the Carter Family and Jimmie Rodgers recorded in Bristol TN. But there are a few folks who recorded before that, one of them being Ernest Stoneman, patriarch of the later Stoneman Family. This record is from 1926.

I'm not sure, I'll have to look into it. There is very little info on the discs but my copies all look nearly pristine, so there might be some value in trying to add upgrades. The discs are blank except for the date and title written in white wax pen in the middle.

I have returned from an attic full of 78s. Pictured are the "organized" stacks. Dude was nice just has had a rough run, but I found him to be honest and talkative. I came home with a crate and a half of stuff, including dozens of episodes of the Railroad Hour radio show on acetate.
