The classes have been given excellent sounding names and there's a wide variety of them to choose from. Velan Studios have announced that they are the developers of the fantastic-looking Star Fox on the Nintendo Switch 2 in a post on BlueSky. You may rememberer the name as they were the team behind Mario Kart Live: Home Circuit. The team says that it's a relief to reveal that they were behind the upcoming game. Just after unveiling a new DLC expansion for Monster Hunter Wilds at Summer Game Fest, Capcom has now confirmed that the massive action-RPG is now in development for Nintendo Switch 2. No release date or further details were shared about the port, but with the "Ascendance" DLC launching for other platforms in 2027, we likely have a while to wait before we can start playing the game portably on Nintendo's latest system. Regardless, following all the rumors and speculation, it's nice to have confirmation that a Switch 2 version is officially in the works.
