More Doggy Doodles I did last year! I have a ton of these haha, they’re pretty much the only art I’ve been able to complete over the last year or so

I’ve also been doing a ton of Doggy Doodles to get a little extra income, due to a lot of vet visits this year. Our dog Django had an expensive CT scan & rhinoscopy to diagnose chronic nasal discharge AND has gotten pneumonia 3 times… it’s been a hard year 🥲 The Doodles keep me creative and drawing!

I’m still not great at keeping this updated 😆 I never shared my 2025 Christmas card reveal on here so here that is 😊 It’s snowy in Colorado today so even though the holidays are over at least the weather is cooperating!

A Christmas card of two cats inside a house with the door open. Three dogs are outside on the porch caroling with wide open mouths, while the cats plug their ears with grimacing faces

In case anyone here is a previous recipient of my holiday cards, I’m collecting addresses for this year! forms.gle/CZhrbzXJxXwQ... If there are more forms than cards, I prioritize people who have gotten cards in previous years because many people collect then. Here is last year's card design!

Two cats and three dogs are in a red sled careening down a snow bank. The animals expressions vary from boredom to excited to nervous.

Goodness, I got home from work to find so many new follows and reposts! Thank you all so much ❤️ My doggo Django had another vet visit today. Mostly good news, but current diagnosis is kidney disease, which isn’t treatable but can be managed. Here’s the old boy being good at the vet today 💚

Korra and I traveled down to New Mexico with friends to play agility in a new state! 3 days of competition and we only came back with one Qualifying run (2nd place) but it was a hard-earned one!

Korra the Silken Windhound sits next to her dog friend Scarlett the Cattle Dog in a red brick alleyway in Albuquerque, NM. Both are wearing medals and have ribbons in front of them. The background has adobe buildings and colorful flags across the roofs

Korra the Silken Windhound stands majestically in front of dark red adobe-style buildings with bright blue doors and windows.

Korra the Silken Windhound is laying on her back with her back legs in the air and her front legs tucked along her chest, her eyes closed in a blissful and comfortable-looking sleep on top of a blanket on a couch.

Who will win tug-o-war - 50lb Django or 8lb Pabu?? (No one should surprised at the outcome 😂)

020

M Sherwood @dognerd.bsky.social · 29/01/2025

Pabu made it higher than he’s ever been on the cat tree, so of course Charlie and I took pictures like the paparazzi 😂 (and then made sure to supervise a safe exit!)

A small white papillon dog is sitting high up on a platform near the top of a 7 foot cat tree condo which is cream colored.

Colorado is being its beautiful self today ☺️ Glad I have the day off today and can just enjoy it from inside my warm home!

I am still struggling with posting artwork on social media 😅 It just feels like such an arduous task. So here are my doggos again, this time each of them amongst all the ribbons they won in the entire year of 2024. Pabu from Conformation, FastCAT, & Agility, Django from Rally, and Korra from Agility

Here is our 2024 Holiday card! The theme is always the dogs messing with the cats in some way; this year it’s more subtle but I’m sure the cats would still rather be doing something else 😋 Happy holidays everyone!

A cartoon image of a sled speeding down a snowy hilly. On the sled are three dogs and two cats. The cats are up front, claws digging into the sled. The smallest dog is between them, super happy to be going fast and paws in the air like he’s on a roller coaster. The middle dog is behind, covering her eyes and peeking out with a worried expression. The biggest dog is behind them all with ears flapping in the wind and tongue lolling out of his mouth, a happy expression on his face.

Cartoon portrait of a friend’s dogs! Oakley, Cookie, and Tasha are some sweet puppers. Oakley and Tasha are also agility students of mine so it was extra fun to paint them! #art

A watercolor painting of three dogs in a cartoony, Disney-esque style. The dog on the left is a blue Merle mini American shepherd (aka mini Aussie). The middle dog is a tan and white cattle dog mix with face speckles. The dog on the right is a brown and tan mini American shepherd. All three are wearing bandanas and smiling at one another.

More dog photos! Some individual shots from the Fall photoshoot we did 😄

A few of my pet caricatures I did from 2019-2020. Pet caricatures have become a staple of my commissions! They're so fun to do, and let my cartoony creative side out 😋

Getting some old art back up on social media again! This is “Crystal” 9x12” sketch portrait commission from 2021 ✏️

A piece of black and white traditional artwork done in pencil, in a semi-realistic style. It is of the head and neck of a husky dog, with striking eyes and freckles on the muzzle.

Photo of Korra from recent agility trial to please the Silken fam! 😁

Korra the Silken Windhound is running flat out on dirt at an agility trial inbetween obstacles, the judge standing behind her. Her head is low and dirt is being kicked up behind her, indicating she is running really fast.

The problem with me wanting to post artwork here is that I only use this on my phone and I never have copies of my art on my phone 😅 Just dog photos. So… here’s more dog photos I guess 🤪 Maybe someday I’ll remember to get art up here, too! We’ve been having fun with agility, though 😋

I’m still very bad about sharing my artwork (not just here but anywhere 😂) but I do still check Bluesky from time to time to see what my old pals are up to ❤️ Appreciate those who have moved to this site & still update! Here’s another pic of my pupparonis for tax 🍁

I actually kinda wish we got that up here. Here’s a current photo of my backyard 😂 (but to be clear, I say that as the person who doesn’t do the shoveling in the family 😉)

Not sure what to do here… I have hundreds of stock items of stickers, keychains, etc left over from my convention days. I don’t think I’ll sell at events again… and don’t have the online presence to sell all this online anymore :(

A drawer full of Hyena “Smile!” Stickers

Hi all! I’m glad to have a place to follow friends again :) I do hope to share my art here but I don’t do much furry stuff anymore. A few commissions here and there, but mostly pet portraits and life photos/posts of my dogs are more likely to be the content here! 💙
