I’ve been working on a couple of tribute pieces for my favourite game, Neopets The Darkest Faerie :) It turned 20 years old last November and this is my celebration of that! :D Honestly very incredibly happy with how it turned out ^^ #neopets #thedarkestfaerie #neopetsthedarkestfaerie #ps2

Neither would the darkest faerie I don’t think. It’s true she craves power, but I think democracy would cheapen it for her. The scheming and betrayals are necessary for her enrichment.

To clarify, most of my favorite faeries are not in the running. I’m not mad about it or anything, I just tend to favor more aloof characters I think. Mira, Ilere, Vanity, Malice, and Spite would not run for this lol

I love reading boards about who everyone is voting for in the Faerie Council but personally my votes are just going to Aethia because she’s the hottest and Iridesia because I think they really need this. A two issue voter if you will.

They should put Xandra in there for a laugh. Unstoppable force (Luxinia and Iridesia’s emotionally aware problem solving) vs immovable object (Xandra)

I don’t really understand Faerieland’s government at all. Did Fyora govern all of faerie kind or just whoever lives in Faerieland itself? Anyway I’m excited for Faerieland Festival and I can’t wait to vote on their new council!!

Yes the mini meet was what I meant! But it was super cool of you guys to help out with the shop too! I want to say you were the one who helped my wife and I hang up our coloring pages! :) We don’t make it to the city super often but it’s so nice to know there are so many cool neopets people there!!

back in the 00s, there was an artist who did a lot of old FF pixel art that got reposted CONSTANTLY but i don't know their name. i was working on making some pseudonostalgic stuff but i didn't want to use their art without credit, so i made my own art in my best imitation of the style. #neopets

pixel art of two strawberry aishas, one cuddling a plushie surrounded by plushies, one shrugging. there is an image of rinoa in a similar lineless pixel art style for reference.

Oh yeah, we had a #neopets stamp rally at Metrocon didn't we? Everyone did postcards and stickers from said postcards~ I did Maraqua and Shenkuu because I love them <3 #neopetsart #bskyart

A playful Maraquan Gelert and curious Buzz from Neopets swim thru the waters of Maraqua, surrounded by corals and bubbles! Dive into Maraqua why don't you~

A Stealthy Kyrii (from Neopets) leaps past you. Sakura petals blow past in the night breeze — the moon is full, the Lunar Temple silhouetted against it. Greetings from Shenkuu...does that Kyrii have a kunai???

Sorry this will be my last Altador cup post (if you’re lucky) but my wife (team Dacardia) and I (Kreludor) are feeling so much solidarity rn knowing our team captains are the same species as the captains of two far more popular teams 😭

I told my wife that everyone on neopets is so obsessed with the gay faeries but no one ever thinks about whatever Sophix and Ylana Skyfire had going on, and she just closed her eyes and said, “yeah that’s what you’re here for.” ☺️
