I feel a calm after finishing general chemistry 1. I shouldn't, because I'm not sure whether or not I passed since the final was a written exam, and my grade was just a C+. Even still, the work ethic I showed in this class I'll cherish forever. I think I'm just really proud of myself, a new feeling.

Riding the public bus is crazy because on a reasonably warm day with no aircon running it's the perfect opportunity to have all the windows open in a fast moving vehicle and yet I'm sweating and so is everyone else on the bus (probably)

five hours of troubleshooting a poorly scaled virtual machine window to no success then it dawned on me that i could just remotely connect to the VM after starting it up... fast forward another 12 hours and i was able to connect to the vm in my laptop on my desktop.

I'm like that i think. Years ago i burned out playing Osu! for that reason. It's probably easier getting past that feeling w/ video games since they're more catered to fun, but finding a particular subtask of the hobby that you really enjoy doing helps swap growth focused brain for meditative brain
