We must hold the line on this. Slop doesn't equal "bad" it means slop, the byproduct of some automated process. There's plenty of human-generated "content" that is not great, but that's not slop.

We *can* all do something (not spark wildfires, for example). But asking individual citizens to solve systemic problems is peak neo-liberalism. Not watering our gardens isn’t going to fix pipes or build reservoirs. Government needs to do more than ban barbecues and send scary alerts. NOW.

I work at a public library. People who want to use AI seem to have no trouble doing so. People who don't want to use AI have a harder time. This might look nice but I just spent the whole day prepping the colours on this illustration only for Sketchbook Pro to go and FLATTEN ALL THE LAYERS TOGETHER 😑 Thankfully I have a separate copy with just the lineart but now I'll have to do it ALL OVER AGAIN if I want to make any adjustments 🙄
