I found a small comic in the train to Zwolle. Cover page looked promising: maybe an indie artist, promoting his new work? But it quickly became obvious what it was. I left it in the train, for another more receptive sole. #jesus #adventuretravel

The rod of the milk frother was broken. Instead of buying a new one, I ordered a replacement part. At 40% of the price of buying a new machine, it wasn't much cheaper. But it still feels like the right thing to do. And it works even better now: the milk froth is even creamier now... #ewaste #reuse

I spotted a dark pattern on my Sequoia machine. macOS tricking me into installing Tahoe instead of the security update... When clicking on the (i) symbol at the "Also available" section, the major-upgrade option is checked, instead of the minor-upgrade one would expect.

Anyone else is having issues with Signal? iPhone app doesn't mention problems, and macOS app says it's “Offline”. In both cases, I don't get any messages. And the Signal website doesn't seem to have a link to service-status website. #signal

@nikitonsky Ivory has a setting for this. I have this switched off. At least on iOS, it’s too easy to hit accidentally.

Apple, come on... I wanted to start Maps via Spotlight search. After pressing cmd+space I see the Maps-icon already displayed (normally I type "Maps" and hit enter). Now I click on the Maps-icon, but to no avail. The icons are just decoration...

Search with Spotlight window in Dutch localization ("Zoek met Spotlight"). Below the search bar a row with 5 icons, including the one of Maps.

Below that the text: "Met Spotlight krijg je nu persoonlijke suggesties voor webpagina's, de iTunes Store, de App Store, aanvangstijden van films, locaties in de buurt en andere informatie.
