Nah digital is generally "better" these days for the significantly better convenience and QoL it has. There's such little latency and reduction in quality that in most cases it is better For me I only prefer analog over digital when it comes to playing guitar, primarily for the vibes

Good cameras, audio mixers, good mics, good PC to intake all of the above and encode it If you really want, a video switcher too, but OBS does this well enough

This time around, yes, if desired, because stream ended around 8pm and we were in a good spot for Sunday Last year I recall getting to the waterpark at 1140 and it was just stressful and loud for me so I didn't bother going this year

At Beyond the Summit, I would often do TD and A1 roles, and at Panda I generally was broadcast manager for offline events and "stream tech lead" for online events

Well I've never actually entered any Riptide event, I've just produced the Splatoon broadcast. So I guess Splatoon! The Splatoon community is wonderful and loving and whimsical. They really create their ideal space for themselves and are much less worried about external judgment than most people

If someone told me this several years ago, I probably wouldn't care. But I wish I understood this better a few years ago too At minimum, try not to stress, remember these things are limited to create demand and get you to spend more money, and have fun with the actual game

I bought everything that I possibly could around Metroid and a lot around Zelda and a few other games. Now I'm trying to sell most of it & just keep the few items that actually mean something to me. Sheer bulk collection is just expensive & a liability to me at this point

I used to be this way for most merch of the games I really cared about. Then life got harder. Then I had all this stuff taking up space that I had never even opened or really enjoyed much after purchase. Being a fan does not mean you need to own everything you can.

All of the Metroid Ravenous physical merch is sold out. Know that buying something w/ limited function does not change your level of joy from the game. You do not "need" to buy it. It can be fun to collect, but have fun w/ it, don't feel sad for not giving Nintendo more money

Taking the absolute smallest version of a single habit at a time seems to be the move. Just aiming to pick up the book and calling that a win. Aiming to pick up the guitar and that's a win. Let duration come second and start very small there too
