Tried replacing butter with a vegan spread but the shop bought ones are all ultra processed 🤔 then I discovered it was easy to make your own from almost any nuts or seeds. Just whiz them up in a food processor - simple, tasty, wholefood and sustainable #GayNaturist #UrbanNaturist #VeganNaturist

It's not as if the standard Western diet has anything to commend it - very high in sugar and salt, ultra processed, meat things made of inedible animal parts, made for supermarket convenience not customers health and more expensive 🤔

Flowers in the home are great but here's a fab tip. Buy orchids - they are exquisitely beautiful. They may cost twice as much as cut flowers but last months instead of days. They are also very simple to keep - just don't over-water and deadhead as needed. #GayNaturist #UrbanNaturist #VeganNaturist
