*looks at the departure time wrongly* Zooms out of the door and triggers the house alarm because I forget to disarm it, rush half way to the train station and realise there’s still an hour to departure. Even on meds I’m still a chaos fluff 🫠. Also nervous about the doctors appointment 😶

Was at mental health course at work about how bad mood can be contagious. Three colleagues met up with a cold and now I’m sick as well. I guess bad mood is not the only thing that’s contagious 😷 What a nice way to start a vacation 🫠

It feels weird how much my personality has changed after I got on the meds. My autism is coming out more and more and it’s sometimes difficult to navigate it. I have also become more reserved and frequently feel sensory overload which is very exhausting especially at work (call centres are noisy)
