I also don't understand the RNG-based "new crewman" choice, where the game decides randomly who they'll send down, instead of letting me choose a specific class from the ship orbiting above. Also, why is Security is best suited to collect metals? I think I just needed to yell into the void

I'm also having issues with batteries/power in the game. They don't seem to be charging, even though it does appear I'm generating more power than needed. I also had to add additional power lines between solar panels and buildings because the ones I had prior weren't sending power? (3/4)

I have issues with unit assignments to where I removed everyone that was assigned to buildings in order for things like item collection & exploration to happen. I'm not sure what the Ops building is for. It says to assign crew who are best at exploring, but when I say to do it, they don't. (2/4)
