Always love this time of the day when the sun just creeps in the studio mancave No worries, my guitars next to the window are relatively safe, when the sun is intense, the shades cover the guitars And even then, I love me my relics lol

The new McLaren logo will get some getting used to. Not a big fan of it, not that I am a fan of McLaren as a team as well, but knowing they took inspiration from the sign that used to sit above the family service station in Remuera, Auckland, makes this new logo more tolerable in a way

That was quick and easy setup and now I'm making transferring files and making (offsite) backups LFG

After a decade... yes a decade, I am finally gonna upgrade my 4TB NAS into a 10TB DAS Why DAS instead of NAS again? Many reasons, but simply put, I rather use a DAS than have to fight with a NAS and their proprietary programs

The studio mancave... where I make music (not as of late though), study, play games, and whatnot. My happy place. Song: Brown Sugar Breakbeat by BLK RBBT (www.youtube.com/watch?v=bDiA...)

Again, after the Logitech G600, I've been using MMO mive since. But Logitech never made a modern version of G600... so I went thru Razer Naga Chroma and V2 Pro, as well as Corsair Scimitars over the years. My last Scimtar died and got me a V3 Naga

And of course, putting this up, my Steel Nomad results, for future comparisons, since I believe this superseded Time Spy I'm not trying to beat anyone's scores... but to show how each upgrade I make in the future dose make a difference

000

Chan Udarbe @docchan89.bsky.social · 03/09/2026

So, my previous best Time Spy result was actually 13971 lol 2026 with a score 23292 on an undervolted Ryzen 5800x and RTX 5070ti, with stock 32gb DDR4 vs 2021 with a score 13971 on an overclocked Ryzen 3700x, RTX 3070, and 16gb DRR4

Of course, I know Time Spy is no longer being used like Fire Strike, and is pretty much replaced with Steel Nomad, so I ran it too. This will serve as an archive like I did in 2021 so I can compare again in the future when I upgrade

000

Chan Udarbe @docchan89.bsky.social · 02/09/2026

Here is my Time Spy score vs to my current system. Yep, I'm happy. Back then in 2021, I overclocked my CPU, GPU, adnd RAM, now, I undervolted my CPU and GPU , while keeping the RAM stock.

Talk about lifting one's spirits! Thank you for the surprise visit from the 16th floor nurses! I got admitted due to my asthma getting the better of me, while being the current floor medical resident on duty assigned to their floor. Such a sweet and lovely gesture =] Much love!!

Work and play Yep still rocking the Switch OLED lol I much rather save up and upgrade my PC before getting a Switch 2... I am more of a PCMR guy honestly, but absolutely love Zelda series, so I still need a Nintendo console/handheld.

Case Management report, done and dusted! Big thanks to our seniors, fellows, and consultants for guiding us for this presentation And a huge thanks to my partner, Daph! It may have been a roller coaster ride preparing for this report, but we did it! Haha

Me: not a fan of coated guutar strings Lol remember folks, to each their own. I never liked the feel. I've been using Ernie Ball strings since highschool and I never had a problem with them even they aren't coated. Get a bottle of string cleaner, wipe vefore and after But again, to each their own

Had a vacation leave from hospital duties for 6 days, but most of it is used for my own medical checkups and studies Had time to go home for a day and a half, but again, used for checkups and studies. I was only able to see my parents for like 10mins before going back to BGC. LOL

Attended day 1 of the PCP convention A day of "learning," maybe, but definitely a day of fun, bonding, and respite

Been living im BGC for 3-4 years now, and it can get boring here sometimes, since well, you can say I'm used to it here by now, but there are still times when I still am amazed here I seen these lights every night, but it hits different tonight. =]

Late appreciation post 12NS floor is no joke. Don't remember running on fumes after every duty, but hey, we survived. And as always, I give credit to the people I share the floor with. I don't know how I would have made it without these guys and gals 🤘

My Littmann steths from medical school all the way to my current residency training. I really had 5 steths, but it is these 3 that I still have. And yes, that is my usual color scheme brass/copper and black tubing I just wished the core/cardio 4 seriens had brass/copper aural tubes

000

Chan Udarbe @docchan89.bsky.social · 20/03/2026

I got me a Littmann Core steth cos after having my operation nearly 2 years ago, I've become deaf in my right ear. My previous steth, a Littmann Cardiology III is no slouch! But this Core is a Cardiology IV stetch plus the Eko Core attachment makes it so I can increase the volume if need be

Chan Udarbe @docchan89.bsky.social · 20/03/2026

Never cared for smart tags, but after buying an expensive steth, and sometimes in a rush looking for my keys or wallet, decided to get 4 of these So yeah, 1 for my steth, 1 for my keys, 1 for my wallet, and an extra 1, maybe for travel or gigging purposes
