I enjoy looking at fine dining and appreciate the craft that goes into it a whole lot, but I'll take a greasy flavourful dish over it any day of the week!

A few decades ago a thing called Mettigel (Igel meaning hedgehog) were very popular at buffets, but I haven't seen one in a long time...

A plate with raw minced pork in the shape of a cute hedgehog. Onion pieces stick out, looking like bristles. An olive is its nose, what looks like peppercorns are its eyes.
