This is important and not being discussed. There is approximately 18% of truckers parking trucks. About 43% are hauling lighter loads or shorter routes, refusing to deadhead. All od this is due to high fuel costs. The small trucker is hit the hardest.Imagine a nationwide shutdown of trucking.

They will not haul for nothing.If the cost for fuel gets to a point $6/gal.They are losing money they will park their trucks.Understandably at one point this will happen.Other issues,spot rates, ins. rates, repair costs.There are independent trucks being parked now.

There needs to be a mechanism to have a panel of lower appellate, federal courts to veto the SCOTUS. Maybe State courts have to be used in some cases. There would have to be standing but the SCOTUS has been political instead of judicial many times and they are breaking law accepting gifts and money
