Made 6 of these earlier - beef, buns, onion, tomato, mustard (French's yellow death!) and lettuce all produced in Canada. The mayo was Japanese. The Heinz ketchup was the last packet from takeout, and the Bick's green relish was from the summer, both made in the US.
