Customer had dual exhaust put on. They mounted the pipes solid and it busted a manifold. I advised him not to drive it but he drove it back there. That same shop charged him $1100.00 to fix THEIR mistake. Burnt the amp cables powering his 3 amplifiers. So much for my Auto retirement

Every console that is repaired means YOU sell more software. We wanted to become a Microsoft partner but got the runaround. By directing YOUR customers to a franchise that Butchers repairs, YOU as a company are killing YOUR company image. YES, I realize I'm rationalizing a point to a bot.

I didn't even call them out by name because I'm a gentleman 😏. Treat your customers better because not everything is about making money.

Last night during the thunderstorm in the pouring rain, we helped the farm next door. They were sending a highland cow for slaughter. However, when a cow has testicles, that makes it a bull. We had to load it in a trailer. Steel gates, giant horns and lighting is a bad combo. Plus, I had to poop 😳.
