Trey Lance to me wasn't a hell no... It just was never a fit with Kyle Shanahan and if your career starts off wrong it can doom you. JJ is someone who could be built around with a strong running game and a good defense... The issue is Minnesota never had the running game McCarthy needed to succeed.

They did not buy TNA.... They have a working agreement with TNA regarding NXT talent usage. TNA is owned by Anthem which is partially owned by a private equity firm called Northern Pacific... They have not sold TNA yet (they could at some point)... But as of now, Anthem still owns it.

Parody is "fair use" but if you use the exact musical arrangements to parody, you need to pay the publishing house to do so (when Coolio sued Weird Al and lost, this is exactly what came up... Weird Al won because he paid the publishing house). Sampling is a whole other dilemma.

You can cover and parody (they fall under the same law/rules) what you want... But to record it and distribute it you have to go through a process... Usually by paying a fee to the publishing house. See Weird Al.

Covering songs and recording them is a legal process... If you don't follow the process it's stolen... You pay a fee to the publishing house which is the simplest way... Or you go through other channels... Those things never happened with him.... Hence stolen. This isn't hard.
