www.furaffinity.net/journal/1143... TLDR; Turning owed commissions into requests, ASK ME FOR REFUNDS, no payment expected on any due commissions, and the future involves lower quality, lower stakes, lower pressure and looking for a new and better way to do things.

Going a little slow picking up on long-owed commissions--By the way, I don't expect any money for late ones now--Just kind of riding things out. Feel free to check a buncha the links in the previous post <w>!

#mental_health #personal #furryart This is a journal; This is a confession; This is exasperation; This is desperation; This is a cry for help; This is catharsis; This is therapy; This is praxis. Tweets are short. Read more on my site: support.the.choco.one/2026/07/25/p...

I'm going to be away from the internet while traveling for about two weeks so I'll have to see you all then. I feel bad about the commissions still in progress. It's a deeper issue than just 'not wanting to do them'. It's as if taking money for it creates a looming, crushing standard for drawings.

Might need just a little bit more time away from business around here (Probably before the month ends.) but I think, uh-- Oh, the constipation will end? Let's put it that way. It's coming.

A bit slower than I thought but I'm getting WIPs out and should be able to post some soon. Next time commissions open up it's gonna be something really new and experimental.

www.furaffinity.net/journal/1135... Nothing big, just a bit of a speedbump on progress but I'm not going anywhere and everything's still set to be in order for May. Transitioning more toward traditional media for now.

A quick pause -- DJ-Poopypants' Journal

Thanks for all your interest in commission slots!. I just had to quickly touch on a few things--. . 1. A VERY brief pause in commissions ...

DJ Poopypants @djpoopypants.bsky.social · 14/05/2026

I'm trying to finish the public commission I was going to post on Sunday, all I want to say is that I'd cut off a finger to have my old drawing setup back x.x Elderly such as myself can't just sit (or stand, or kneel) at a desk and expect their back to provide circulation.

Might need another day but I do have one commission to post very soon. It's reminding me to mention that I'm less uptight about copyrighted characters, so I'll be finding ways to draw them more and should be open to them in commissions now.

Been getting your messages for commissions, thanks all. The ones listed in the slots should be done this week. Thinking of a new commission quality that might make things easier. And, will need a bit more time experimenting with all my profiles but I think I figured something out. Time for banners!

I updated commission terms for May! www.furaffinity.net/view/62564805/ Added a bit more to the description also. And with this, slots for May begin, there's 10 so just message me wherever if you want one. And a little journal to go with it too. www.furaffinity.net/journal/1135... and a question.

I'll try to stream as long as I can all day in about an hour from now. picarto.tv/DJPoopypants... Probably no mic or music, if you want it then I'll wait for others to ask. Just gonna try to take commissions all day.

I'll stream in 15 minutes. Warm-up. Got a few commissions to work on. Feeling a little down, having people watch me draw or something usually helps. picarto.tv/DJPoopypants... Outside commissions, could use some banners, icons, and maybe a VTube thing for DJ. MIght need to be creative.

Alrighty, updated commission sheet (www.furaffinity.net/view/62564805/) I'll be taking commissions like this--I'll take messages at Furaffinity, Discord and Bluesky all I can, and whatever I can't do before April's over can bleed over into slots for May.

www.furaffinity.net/journal/1133... Short version: Commissions are private at the moment, and just "kind of inactive" in general--but still hanging around idly seeing what's going on here and there.

This is just one very useful tip, among many others. Terms like "PP Meter" are tools designed to help society discuss difficult topics. One of these days, I think it would be great to see a whole manual for him or something. Maybe more in the future, who knows.

What do we have here? A remedy for these hot days we've been having, that's what. It's DJ looking like he's on some kind of vacation, but could just be chilling out and letting loose at someone's pool. Streaming now: www.picarto.tv/ChannelPoopy...
